The dashed lines in this photo mean that this IS A PASSING ZONE. This means I CAN pass you if it is safe to do so and if there is no oncoming traffic. If you are driving slower than me, I can move around your vehicle as I see fit. Please do not freak out and shine your bright lights at me when I do so. I mean no personal offense to you, I just wish to drive faster than you drive. That is all. Thank you.
